Dear friends from across the world,
The International Video ART Festival is waiting for to you take part in its 16th edition, in the same original context that the participants of the previous editions have appreciated so much.
With two established sections, Short Film and Spot, dedicated to both high school students and students up to the age of 20, we offer you the chance to win a substantial prize in each section.
Under the patronage of the Union of Cinema (the oldest amateur film organization in Europe, founded in 1937), the Video ART festival offers you the only chance in Romania to get the famous UNICA Medal, awarded by this organization whose activity is carried out under the auspices of UNESCO.
This award is a trophy coveted among cineamateurs all over Europe. It is in our possession and we look forward to bestowing it upon you. The international jury set up for this purpose is looking forward to taking up its duties.
